Cal/EPA establishes label criteria and/or multi-media sustainability certification standards.
Industry provides label and/or self-certifies.
DTSC audits and enforces labeling and self-certification.
Provide state grants for grassroots outreach, education, and other actions toio inform public and reduce exposure.
